Ok, I admit it. I was one of the million or so people who got Wii Fit for Christmas (amongst many other ultra-cool things) and I have to say, I am totally addicted! Could there be a more innovative game?? I think not!

Right from the moment I created my profile I was impressed. The sensors in the Wii Fit Board are amazing. Apparantly I lean slightly to the right when I stand, but nothing the Wii Fit balance training can’t fix. It also has built in scales to determine weight, and can calculate my recommended BMI based on my age and height! Wow! According to Wii Fit I’m in my Optimal Weight range (yay!) and could lose 3kg to be at the best possible BMI for my stats. I set a deadline of 3 months to lose the weight and got to work on my training…

Ah a post! Finally! I realise that I’m getting longer delays between posts but it’s a sign of busy-ness not laziness I swear! Easter (my most favourite holiday of the year!) has been and gone and the year is flying by. Eastonroyce, Quin and I headed to Narromine with Mum to visit my Nan for Easter. It was a lovely Easter weekend involving lots of chocolate, UNO and the funny tv series As Time Goes By. The Easter morning service was fantastic, and Nan somehow managed to get chocolate melted on the new outfit Mum bought eating her first Easter egg of the day!! We went out for a yummy roast lunch at the pub and had a generally relaxing weekend which was much needed.

The weekend after Easter, Geoff and Sarah dropped in for the weekend on their way back from a week in Dubbo. We had an impromptu LAN party where we played some C&C Generals: Zero Hour, Mario Party and a bit of general ‘hang out in the same room and do your own thing’ time.
